3SIXTY’s Architectural & Project Management teams have been appointed as Lead Designer and Project Manager at Wyck House Hotel, Stow-on-the-Wold.
Comprising over 60-bedrooms, key entertainment and ancillary space spread across three buildings and 50-acres, the site was recently acquired by our retained client following Acquisition advice provided by our Building Consultancy.
With a project brief to reposition the hotel via comprehensive refurbishment, inclusive of sustainable and green initiatives where appropriate, our team has established a multi-disciplinary design team including M&E Consultants and Interior Design in order to comprehensively refurbish inclusive of establishing higher tiers for some keys across the estate in order to provide both 1 & 2-bedroom suites.
Works are due to commence on site in October 2022 following tender period with completion targeted for mid-2023.
