C&A Marketing appoint 3SIXTY's Building Consultancy
3SIXTY's Building Consultancy team have recently provided acquisition advice to C&A Marketing in connection with their leasehold acquisition of 8,000sq.ft 1980’s industrial space in Tottenham, London.
As part of our involvement and following our initial advice, we have provided a fully detailed Schedule of Condition for engrossing within their new lease with the aim of limiting their long term liabilities associated with any inherited disrepair.
