3SIXTY appointed Contract Administrator for Phase 2 student conversion
On behalf of Principality Holdings 3SIXTY have been retained to provide Contract Administration and CDM Consultancy services in regards to Phase 2 of a student conversion project n Whiteladies Road, Bristol.
This latest appointment follows the near completion of Phase 1 and demonstrates our client’s continued satisfaction with our key performance and delivering upon our promises. Furthermore, this appointment continues our long term relationship with Principality Holdings whereby we are retained to provide the full spectrum of Building Consultancy services, including our ongoing matters including several Dilapidation negotiations on The Mall, Clifton, CDM and Asbestos Consultancy services in Peterborough and various Contract Administration projects around central Bristol and Clifton.
