Giles UK appoint 3SIXTY's Dilapidations Consultancy
3SIXTY Real Estate's Dilapidations Consultancy has been appointed by Giles UK to act on their behalf in regards to the upper floors of one of their investment properties on Park Street, Bristol.
Recognising our Dilapidations Consultancy as one of Bristol’s leading independent specialists, Giles UK has appointed us to inspect and prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations in order to protect their position following the current occupier deciding not to renew their lease.
