Our Building Consultancy has recently been appointed on two specialist instructions located on the Isle of Sky. The first instruction is to undertake Insurance Reinstatement Works following flood damage to a Bed & Breakfast, where our involvement will cover producing a specification of works, appointing a contractor, tendering and acting as Contract Administrator in overseeing the works to a satisfactory completion. This appointment follows our recent specialist reinstatement roles undertaken at various Industrial and Licensed Leisure properties across the UK.
In tandem we will also be giving Exert Witness advice by way of an Expert Statement on a second property where sub standard works were undertaken during a recent redevelopment.
