3SIXTY’s Bristol Building Consultancy has been appointed by a regional occupier to provide acquisition advice in regards to a proposed leasehold interest of 15,000sq.ft industrial space at Avonbridge Industrial Estate, Bristol.
Following our initial advice, we subsequently prepared a Schedule of Condition for engrossment into the lease as a means of protecting our client’s long term position and ensuring that they would not be inheriting any current liability for disrepair. Furthermore, our client required occupation of the space within a tight timeframe and as such, our Schedule needed to be prepared and agreed with the landlord within limited timeframe.
