Pulse Printing Projects have appointed 3SIXTY's Bristol Building Consultancy to provide acquisition advice in regards to their proposed leasehold interest of c.17,000sq.ft of industrial and office space in Brislington, Bristol.
Recognising 3SIXTY's core experience of providing no-nonsense solutions to mitigating long term liability, we recommended (and undertook) a fully detailed Schedule of Condition to record the current condition of the aged unit.
Properly prepared, a Schedule of Condition can be worth its weight in gold come lease expiry.
