3SIXTY retained to provide acquisition advice
3SIXTY's Building Consultancy has been retained by a regional trade counter client to provide acquisition advice in regards to a fast track business acquisition of a c.25,000sq.ft industrial unit in Fishponds, Bristol.
This latest appointment of a full survey and Schedule of Condition to be provided within 5-days continues our ongoing relationship with our client whereby we currently provide the full spectrum of Building Consultancy services to assist with new site acquisitions and surplus disposals.
