Wellspring Community Living Charity turn to 3SIXTY for Acquisition Advice
3SIXTY have recently been appointed to provide Acquisition and Building Survey services to Wellspring Community Living Charity in regards to their proposed freehold acquisition of Wellspring Healthy Living Centre in Barton Hill, Bristol.
Comprising some 15,000sq.ft of health centre space including various medical treatment facilities, dental surgery, a pharmacy, a crèche and even a dance studio, our core Health Sector experience ensured that the advice and report provided was sufficiently evolved to address all of our client’s immediate and future concerns.
