Asbestos Consultancy continues to gain market share

Following our ongoing dilapidations negotiations on behalf of our Landlord client, our Asbestos Consultancy were appointed to prepare an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey prior to the Landlord commissioning the dilapidations works to the property to ensure that no asbestos containing materials would be disturbed during the works.

Our asbestos survey reports are prepared fully in accordance with HSG 264 ‘The Survey Guide’ and are undertaken by our trained BOHS P402 qualified surveyors. In addition, all of our samples are analysed by a UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure the highest levels of identification.

Shortly after the preparation of our Asbestos Survey we also concluded the dilapidations negotiations, with the outgoing tenant agreeing to pay the Landlord a favourable cash settlement to enable the required works to be undertaken to entice a new tenant.
