Asbestos Consultancy appointed by Farthingford Properties
In tandem with 3SIXTY’s Building Consultancy (which has been appointed to Project Manage the proposed redevelopment) our Asbestos Consultancy has recently been appointed to undertake an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey of 90 Whiteladies Road, Bristol to identify all Asbestos Containing Materials that are likely to be uncovered and/or disturbed as a consequence of the proposed redevelopment.
Comprising fully vacant ground floor retail, rear print areas and upper floor office accommodation over three floors, our Asbestos Surveyors were able to work hand in hand with our Building Surveying to ensure a seamless provision of information for inclusion within the Tender package for the redevelopment works. As such, all tenders received for the works were fully inclusive with no “live unknowns” to give cause for concern to our client.
