Our Bristol Building Consultancy has recently been appointed to undertake a Main Elements Building Survey at Capricorn Place - the prominent and exclusive residential development situated in the heart of Bristol’s Harbourside, which is a stones throw from their new office window!
The residential development of over 50 luxury apartments is nearing the end of the new build insurance warranty period and 3SIXTY have been appointed on behalf of the Management Company to undertake a Building Survey to identify any significant defects which could be claimed for prior to expiry of the building warranty.
