Essential Requirements include:

MRICS qualified
Technically competent within commercial sector
Client driven and commercially aware
Professional approach with good communication skills both within a the organisation and also in developing client relationships.
Motivated and determined for career progression.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, self managed yet adopts a position within the team.
Sense of humour and approachable
