CDM Consultancy appointed in advance of Demolition of Mixed Use Site
3SIXTY have been appointed to act as CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 for the demolition of a derelict mixed use site in Bristol comprising various disused office buildings, warehouses and outbuildings.
Following a detailed site inspection, our involvement will include the preparation of the Pre-Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan, to ensure that the demolition works are undertaken safely, bearing in mind the remainder of the site remains fully operational with various occupiers whilst the demolition works will be undertaken.
