M2 Properties retain 3SIXTY
3SIXTY Real Estate's Bristol office has recently been retained by M2 Properties to provide Defect Diagnosis and Contract Administration services at one of their mixed use investment properties within the heart of Clifton.
Recognising 3SIXTY as providing the full spectrum of Building Consultancy services, this latest appointment continues our relationship with M2 whereby we have previously provided Dilapidations Advice in order to protect their position and mitigate potential costs when a tenant tried to evoke their conditional break clause.
