Through investigation and exploratory work we are well placed to identify the cause of any building defects and make appropriate recommendations.
As Chartered Building Surveyors, our team go beyond the basic identification of an issue and strive to provide a global assessment of the current status-quo and what physically needs addressing to resolve the situation. In addition to the physical defect analysis, we can also provide costing advice in order to appraise the various options for remedial works and then administer the necessary works.
Advice can also be given on any resulting repairing liability issues or other liabilities under design or construction warranties. Furthermore, we also consider any leasehold issues and whether the physical scope of works is your liability or not.
