With matters frustrated due to the tenant’s unrealistic expectations, our core Dilapidations team had to set out and encourage realistic dialogue in order for an amicable and eventual surrender to be agreed taking on board the genuine liability for breaches of lease being inherited by our investor client. Following conclusion, our additional and complimentary services including our Asbestos Consultancy and also Void inspections (under our Property Management services) have also been employed.
