3SIXTY's Dilapidations Consultancy has been appointed by a regional investor to provide Dilapidations advice in regards to one of their Clifton investment properties.
With lease expiry rapidly approaching, our client turned to us for strategic advice in regards to mitigating their liabilities associated with a departing professional tenant who had been under lease for the last 25 years. With significant alterations and sub-division having been undertaken, the postential for our client inheriting liability was significant and as such, following our inspection we were able to provide a fully detailed Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations for onward service.
We have subsequently been retained and completed negotiations with the outgoing tenant in order to achieve a financial settlement.
