Dilapidations Consultancy appointed twice on The Mall, Bristol
3SIXTY Real Estate's Dilapidations Consultancy has been appointed at two retail units on The Mall, Clifton Bristol.
Continuing our partnership with Principality Holdings Plc, these latest appointments include the arranging and undertaking of the necessary repair, redecoration and reinstatement works in order to substantiate the Dilapidations claims and also in order to secure new tenants in a fiercely competitive retail market.
By liaising with our client, the appointed agents disposing of the leasehold interest and also the contractor, we were able to prepare our Terminal Dilapidations claim and over-see a scope of repair works within a very tight timeframe in order to suit the proposed leasehold deal with the incoming tenant, therefore mitigating our clients overall void period and costs.
