3SIXTY have been retained by the Landlord to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations for formal service on the Lloyds Bank, who occupy all three floors of this period office building, positioned in the centre of Great Yarmouth.
By nature of the tenant’s occupation the property has undergone significant fit out and alteration works which will all require reinstating at lease expiry. Our schedule has been served well in advance of lease expiry and clearly sets out to the tenant their liabilities in connection with their reinstatement, repair and redecoration works which they will be required to be undertake to discharge their obligations.
