3SIXTY's Dilapidations Consultancy repeats success on behalf of Space Works
Following our success on behalf of Space Works Limited to mitigate their dilapidations liability at their surplus Bristol 50,000sq.ft distribution facility, our Dilapidations Consultancy has recently successfully evoked a similar strategy at their surplus South-East 50,000sq.ft distribution facility.
Following our initial assessment of liability well in advance of lease expiry, we were able to appraise the various options available to mitigate the wholesale liability. With a landlords Terminal Schedule costed at in excess of £500,000, our team successfully evoked a program of repair, reinstatement and redecoration works to absolve our clients liability with a significantly reduced expenditure.
Following completion and formal discharge from the landlord, our strategy has yielded savings to our client of in excess of 55% of the landlords' original claim with a very satisfied and relieved client!
