Ashville Properties retain 3SIXTY to provide feasibility advice

3SIXTY's Bristol Building Consultancy has been retained by Ashville Properties to provide a feasibility option appraisal in regards to the short term asset enhancement of one of their managed mixed use, multi-tenanted properties, Downes House, Orpington.

Comprising in excess of 30,000sq.ft commercial office space with high street retail below, design, cost and planning options together with buildability factors need to be appraised and considered in order to lift the intrinsic value of the investment via upgrade and refurbishment works together with the creation of additional space across the roof level.

This latest appointment continues our long term partnership with Ashville whereby we have provided the full spectrum of Building Consultancy services across their managed funds including Dilapidations, Portfolio Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Design and Contract Administration of Refurbishment programmes and now, Feasibility Appraisals.
