Our team has been involved with a number of high profile short-term asset enhancement projects throughout the UK, providing initial acquisition and feasibility advice together with being retained for Project Management and Contract Administration to oversee the redevelopment to ensure completed to a standard required for onward disposal. By setting ourselves free from transactional dealings, we are able to utilise the skills of local agents to ensure what is required is delivered, resulting in a successful investment return in the short term.
Key members of our team have been involved with the following:
- South Wales Distribution Centre redevelopment comprising of in excess of 450,000 sq.ft which was required to be sub-divided and refurbished.
- Bell Park, Plymouth - acquisition, refurbishment and Project Management of new-build units to provide short term asset enhancement strategy to redevelop the site which was turned around in under 24-months and subsequently sold to CBRE Investors.
- 1700 Aztec West, Bristol - Feasibility advice, together with Project Management of the refurbishment to reposition the property within the local market resulting in successful onward disposal.
- The Quadrant, Gloucester - Project Management of new distribution facility.
- LS UK Premises, Bristol - Project Management of reconstruction of destroyed trade counter and workshop facility.
