James Withall BSc (Hons) MRICS

James started his career with Lambert Smith Hampton, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a fundamental part of the Building Consultancy team. In 2005 James took the opportunity to join the new Bristol office of NAI Fuller Peiser to jointly set up the Building Consultancy before the partnership being acquired by AtisReal.

James has a wealth of experience across the full complement of Building Surveying disciplines covering the whole cycle of property ownership with a particular emphasis on Dilapidations, Acquisitions and Project Management of new build and refurbishment projects.

In 2007, James and Adam established 3SIXTY Real Estate.
