Acting on behalf of the Real Olive Company, our Building Consultancy has recently been appointed to prepare a Schedule of Condition at their new proposed 30,000 sq.ft industrial warehouse facility.

With our client requiring a detailed record of the condition of the property they turned to the expertise of our proven and trusted Building Consultancy.  As such, we appointed to prepare a detailed Schedule of Condition covering all aspects of the building and surrounding yard / car parking to limit our clients future repairing and decorating obligations.  With significant concerns over the condition of certain elements of the building we were further instructed to detail proposed landlord works which will be undertaken prior to our client’s occupation to help further limit their liability.
