Our Building Consultancy has been appointed to prepare a Reinstatement Cost Assessment which will provide our client with a full and detailed re-build valuation for insurance purposes.

Underfall Yard comprises approximately 40,000 sq.ft. of former boat yard that consists of boat building warehouses, offices, visitors centre, café, storage warehouse and alike.  The prestigious site is also classed as a Scheduled Ancient Monument and therefore has national historic importance.

In addition, this month we have also been instructed to undertake further reinstatement cost assessments at two commercial buildings in Coventry and six residential sites in South Gloucestershire.
