Our Building Consultancy has been retained by Marriott Hotels to oversee the repair and replacement of large sections of the main roof area to their Swansea Bay Hotel following storm damage earlier in 2018.
With a comprehensive scope of works programmed by the appointed Main Contractor, EG Carter, in order to mitigate overall business disruption, full scaffold and ongoing works are progressing well with a view to complete ahead of the end of 2018.
This latest appointment continues our collaborative relationship with EG Carter within the specialist field of Major Loss works whereby a partnership approach between all parties is required to maintain operationally the use of the site whilst mitigating the overall cost.
