Our multi-disciplinary team are delighted to have been appointed in the capacity of lead Client Representative and Project Co-ordinator on the multi-million pound cladding remediation project at Beacon Tower, Bristol.
Comprising part of the Building Safety Fund initiative that is centrally administered by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and Homes England, our role at this site encompasses lead PM and initial technical advisory to facilitate the delivery of these key remedial works.
Our Building Surveying team are also retained to provide Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters in respect of the methodology for facilitating the works.
