Our Building Consultancy has once again been retained by Priory Group to Design & Project Manage the full “targeted” refurbishment of the Acute facility at Priory Dorking Hospital.
This is the latest appointment that our multi-disciplinary team have been instructed to work in partnership with our retained client whereby over the course of the last 10-years we have established a trusted relationship of delivering specialist Design & Project Management services within often pressurised operational sites. Previous instructions include at Lickey Hills, Birmingham, Priory Bristol Hospital and the prestigious Priory Roehampton.
Our work at Priory Dorking Hospital will be phased into 6 elements in order to co-ordinate around a fully operational setting and mitigate risk to the cohort of patients together with the construction team with works due to commence on site in August 2022 and complete in Q1 2023.
