Party Wall Consultancy appointed by regional developer in Montpelier
3SIXTY's Party Wall Consultancy has been appointed by a regional developer to provide the full spectrum of Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters advice at their proposed inner-city brown field development site in Montpelier, Bristol.
With a scheme of six contemporary townhouses, our Party Wall Consultancy identified six Adjoining Owners that would be affected by the proposed works, pursuant to the Act, and duly served the requisite Notices. Following liaisons between all parties, our Party Wall Consultancy were subsequently appointed as Agreed Surveyor to act impartially between the respective adjoining parties.
In turn, this enabled a swift resolution to the matters in hand together with ensuring all matters and concerns were addressed and dealt with proficiently.
