3SIXTY's Building Consultancy team has been appointed by Matthew Clark Group (a subsidiary of Constellation Europe) to undertake the first phase of portfolio Dilapidation Assessments.
Comprising of distribution facilities in Glasgow and Dundee (of on average 60,000sq.ft) our Building Consultancy team have entrenched expert knowledge of both Dilapidation matters and also Distribution facilities having recently completed similar assessments of One Portbury (c.85,000sq.ft on the outskirts of Bristol) and a distribution "chilled" facility in Redditch on behalf of Langdons Distribution (c.60,000sq.ft). As such, our team are well placed to provide a full overview and option appraisal in regards to strategy and means of limiting overall liability.
