3SIXTY’s Project Management team have been appointed Lead Consultant in regards to a proposed industrial development at Avon Business Park, Bristol.
Recognising the benefit of one single practice covering Architectural Design, Planning and Project Management, our investment client appointed 3SIXTY to design and procure the scheme to suit the current industrial requirements including a potential pre-let.
This latest appointment follows on from our ongoing involvement with SCOPE redeveloping their Cardiff residential facility and also our continued involvement with Hawksworth Plc on various student conversion projects across the City.
