Project Monitoring forms an essential part of the whole due-diligence cycle for any business with a direct financial or legal interest in any development or refurbishment project.
With a hands-on approach keeping us close and intrinsically linked to the whole project team, we carry out monitoring on behalf of investment funds, banks and venture capitalists to ensure that quality standards are adhered to throughout the design and construction process and that the client receives what they expect at the outset.
We also offer advice on proposed specifications, development briefs, collateral warranties and performance bonds. Our involvement is often in an overview capacity on behalf of the primary funder in order to protect their investment.
