Farthingford Properties retain 3SIXTY's Project Management team for student redevelopment
3SIXTY’s Bristol Building Consultancy has recently been retained by Farthingford Properties in the capacity of lead Project Manager for the redevelopment of 90 Whiteladies Road, Bristol into student accommodation.
This latest appointment follows our ongoing involvement at 72 Whiteladies Road in the same capacity and also our previous involvement at Kings Parade Avenue and The Mall – all on behalf of our retained client.
Our Project Management team sets out to drive a Project forward in order to meet the key criteria of time, cost and quality. With strict timescales to ensure the completed redevelopments hit the upcoming student market, Farthingford turned to a trusted pair of hands with a proven track record of delivering upon their brief.
