3SIXTY appointed to provide Reinstatement Cost Advice on former Landmark Methodist Church redevelopment in central Bristol
Central Hall is a split residential development consisting of 42 residential apartments in Old Market, Bristol. The site consists of a former Methodist Church, featuring an attractive architectural copper domed roof structure and bell tower. A second block is situated to the rear of the site which contains 33 apartments complete with a secure car parking area between the two blocks. Following the recent acquisition of the site we were subsequently instructed to prepare a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for insurance purposes.
As part of our Landlord services we are also due to be appointed to provide a 10 year Planned Maintenance Schedule, an Asbestos Management Survey Report and Contract Administration in respect of external refurbishment works.
